MAVENSMOOR Inc. records the appointment of Alan Wicks as Chairman of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Wicks brings more than 30 years of portfolio management and financial markets experience.

Prior to his retirement, Mr.Wicks led an investment team at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, where assets under management grew to more than $25 billion under his leadership. MAVENSMOOR’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer previously worked with Mr. Wicks on that team for more than 15 years.

As Chairman, his perspective, judgement, and experience will contribute meaningfully to the stewardship of capital and the future development of MAVENSMOOR.
